As per Board Notification No. 04 dated 27.03.2025:
In pursuance of letter no. CP-18/1/2023-IPC-VI-HO-CPCB-HO, dated February 12, 2025, issued by the Central Pollution Control Board regarding the harmonization of classification of industrial sectors under Red/Orange/Green/White and Blue categories, the Jharkhand State Pollution Control Board has adopted the aforementioned classification.
As per Classification, there are no industry such as “ Rapid Loading System at Railway Siding”/ Conveyor system.
Therefore, the instant application is returned.
